Hand-harvested grapes with slight over-ripening. Maceration and fermentation for 12–13 days in vertical tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet highlights. Intense and spiced nose with notes of wild berries. Soft, structured and harmonious on the palate.
