Hand-harvested with selection. Traditional fermentation and ageing in French oak barriques for 18 months, with malolactic fermentation. Bottle rest of at least 6 months.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Complex bouquet with notes of sour cherry, blueberry, dried plum and hints of cocoa and vanilla. Full-bodied, rounded and persistent on the palate.
