Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes, dried in crates in a ventilated environment. Spontaneous fermentation with cold maceration. Aged in French oak tonneaux for 24 months. Bottle rest of at least 6 months.
Tasting notes
Deep red. Broad and ethereal on the nose, with balsamic notes, ripe red fruit and elegant toasty hints. Full, soft and very persistent on the palate.
